I have uploaded a video from my digital camera to iMovie. I want to create a photo from selected frames in the video. Not sure how to proceed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the helpful instructions. I was able to create the photos just as the video described. Seems like this should be a standard feature of iMovie.
