I've damaged the App Store and now it doesn't work. I believe I did it by deleting the languages that I didn't use on my mac. And probably I did something wrong.
I'm using Mac OS 10.7.5.
Any ideas how can I restore App Store and reinstall it? Thanks

Reinstall OS X ....
Your profiles indicates your Mac has v10.7 installed. (Lion).
In order to reinstall OS X, startup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you can reinstall OS X.
I thought that it was with Mt Lion that one needed to reinstall the OS X, but that with Lion all that was necessary was to install the last update combo and it would install a new version of the App Store app. OCICBW
But before you do something so drastic as use OS X Recovery, try this;
If you have the App Store app and it isn't working drag & drop it in the Trash. Then download and install the 10.7.5 Update Combo.

Please let me know if this works for you as I can not longer test this as I don't have a Lion installation.
That has to do with the permissions on that app. Right click on the icon and choose Get Info. In the bottom right corner of the Get Info window click the padlock and supply the Administrator's password. Then change the Custom permissions to Read & Write and close the window. You should now be able to trash the app.
BTW, I use Monolingual to remove unused language resources and have never had an issue for over the last 5 years.
I've moved to trash the App Store following your instructions (thanks!).
Afterwards, I successfully downloaded the Update Combo and installed it. But the App Strore hasn't appeared. Do I need to take any other steps?
The update worked for me! I was helping a family member with their macbook air because it was missing the app store and unable to update. I simply ran the installer and the app store came back after the machine restarted. Thank you so much for your help! I initially was trying to reinstall the OS, but time machine kept failing. You saved me!

I can't drag it into the trash. The system says following when I try to do that: "App Store.app" can't be modified oe deleted because it's required by Mac OS X".
