Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I just bought an ipod nano 7th gen and went to put a couple movies on it for work and one of the movies won't transfer. A box pops up that says "...was not copied because it cannot be played on this iPod.." What's the deal?

If you see the alert message "_____ was not copied because it cannot be played on this iPod," iTunes has detected that one or more of the videos being synced are not in the correct format to be played on your device. You can read more about it here:
