Having just a replacement iphone 4s less than two weeks ago (black screen) this has now happened. I have to told by Apple that I need to change my iphone again.

There is no point in having good customer service if your product quality is deteriorating. I have 3 iphones and 2 ipads in my household and will seriously think about any future purchases.

The product quality isn't dropping. You've just been unfortunate enough to have the issue occur to you, even though the incidence rate of this issue is extremely low.

Are your other two iPhones or two iPads experiencing this issue?

The rate of incidence of any iPhone suffering from any wi-fi issue is less than 0.5%.

This is not a major issue.

Show me any research that indicates this is a 'common' issue.
