Macbook won't turn on without charger
My 13" mac book won't turn on unless there is a power adapter plugged into it. I pressed the button on the battery and it shows 4 lights as if the battery has charge, also when i plug the adapter up to my computer the light is green most of the time; and says "not charging" but i can still ise my laptop as long as it's ughed up. Also, i have tried taking the batteries out of the exact same type of macbook that i have in my house but it still doesn't work unless i have the charger.
I was wondering if this is an issue inside the computer or if it's the battery itself. I need to know if i should have someone work on it or get a new battery.
Thanks
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8), Mountain Lion
