Adding devices
I have a second iPad and would like to add it to my account. I cannot find an "add device" button or similar instruction. Please advise.

There isn't one as far as I know. If you use iTunes Match on the device, turn on automatic downloads or re-download past purchases on it then that might get it to appear. But apart from getting it to appear on that list and preventing it from being used with another account for 90 days, I'm not sure what it achieves
