iPhone 4s stuck on USB and iTunes logo

I've recently experienced the greyed out WiFi problem with my iPhone and so I decided to update my phone to 6.1.3 and after it was done updating it resetted my phone, and now it is stuck on the iTunes and USB logo. I have tried to hold the power and home button and the iTunes and USB logo would still pop up. I also tried plugging it into my computer but my iTunes is not reading my phone so I can't restore it. If theres anyone that could help me with this problem I would really appreciate it. Thank you

First try a different USB port

Secondly make sure your Itunes is up to date(drivers are in updates).

Last try DFU and restore:

USB cable from your iPhone, but leave the other side connected to your computer and make sure iTunes is open. Turn off the Iphone....Once it is off can you then press and continue to hold the front Home button and connect the USB cable to your iPhone which will cause the iPhone to turn on. If you would Continue to hold the Home button until you get a message in iTunes informing you that an iPhone in recovery mode has been detected then let go and follow the prompts to restore your phone.

If you are connecting the USB cable directly into a port on your computer (not on a USB hub) and it is still not recognized, you might try using DFU mode. There are instructions on the web & Apple's web site about putting your device into DFU mode if you need them.
