Well my ipad ran outta charge and I put it on overnight! I started it up and went on an app (clash of clans) Then the app shut and the ipad had a black screen with the white swirly thing then it went to the homepage for five seconds but I couldnt click and thing, then it goes in a loop between black and home

Try restarting your iPad by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

My ipad has a black screen as if it was turning on, then it changes to the home screen for 5 seconds than it changes back
