I've seen several posts about this keychain on the Apple forums, but no one ever seems to explain what this keychain is. Adobe's copy protection mechanism is referred to as APS. Since this keychain also comes with Adobe Air, it's quite possible that this may also hold credentials in it as well. IN any case, APS is used to validate the legitimacy of installed Adobe products and likely contains key pairs used by Adobe to prevent people form reverse engineering their copyright protection mechanisms. The password for this keychain is no doubt generated and protected by Adobe. If you don't want this keychain to exist, don't install Adobe products.
