Q: iPhone screen won't shrink back
Somehow my screen gets swiped or touched a certain way and it goes EXTREMELY large. We have not figured a way to get it back to normal without forcing a hard restart. Does this happen to anyone else and if so have you found another way to fix it? I don't know anyone else with an iPhone that this happens to.

It sounds like you may be inadvertently activating the Zoom function, part of the iOS Accessability options. The following article explains how to control the Zoom magnification level, as well as how to turn it off:
