when i'm on a conference call how do i hang up only one of the callers?

When you add a call to merge how do you disconnect from only one caller and continue talking with the other callers?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

Hi Deelavigne,

I found this information in the iPhone user guide that addresses your question:

Drop one person: Tap Conference, tap next to a person, then tap End Call.

Hi Ariel thanks for the reply. But after the conference call is started I can't press the button again because it is grayed out.
