Q: I got an iTunes card and it redeemed but everything I buy it tells me to add a payment info but I have 15$ on my apple account. How do I fix this?

I got an iTunes card and redeemed it and i try to buy stuff and it keeps telling g me to add payment info even though I added the iTunes card

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.4

    Hi Laceyarlene,

    When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
