NOT ENOUGH STORAGE - This iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCould storage available. You can manage your storage in Settings.
Screen is stuck on this message. I can not do anything iPad will not turn off. Touch screen is not working
What can I do?

Press and hold the home button and lock button simultaneously until the iPad restarts (you'll see the Apple logo on a black background). After the iPad is restarted, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage.
From there you can select what stuff you don't want to backup so that you can free up space in iCloud.
Alternatively, you can purchase more iCloud storage space by selecting "Change Storage Plan" on that same page.
