How I cannot go online, check my email on my iphone?

Are you connected to a wifi network, or a cellular network?
Either one of these methods are the ways to get you online and able to browse the web, check and get email, and so forth.
If there are no wifi networks available to log in to, and the cellular reception is poor, this can be what is preventing you from going 'online'
I cannot go online with my iPhone.
