I have OSX 10.8.2 and latest update for AppleTV. I want to play a DVD on Macbook Pro and connect to my TV. I have tried mirroring to AppleTV and connecting to HDMI, but DVD picture turns to a grey and white checked screen. What's going on?
What is the issue with the grey and white boxes? DVD will play until I connect to tv or try and mirror to AppleTV. Is there a setting I need to change? I went into displays and checked allow mirroring already.
