Can't connect to a network drive
I am able to connect to a network drive by putting the IP address into my browser and logging into its control panel. But am unable to connect with Finder.
I can see the drive in Finder, but when I click on it I get a "Connection Failed" message. When I click on the "Connect As" button I get the following message:
There was a problem connecting to the server "[drive name]".
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.
I have a Windows computer connected to the same network and have no difficulty logging into this network drive and seeing the contents with Windows Explorer.
