current-generation SSD compatibility with 2009 Quad-Core Intel Xeon Xserves (Xserve3,1)

Can anyone recommened a currently-available SSD that is known to work with the 2009 Quad-Core Intel Xeon Xserves (Model Identifier: Xserve3,1) running OSXS 10.6.8; either as a replacement/upgrade the internal 128GB BTO SSD or if installed in one of the existing ADMs? There seem to be quite a few horror stories out there regarding SSD/Xserve compatability and I am interested in any good experiences or recommendations that anyone might be able to share. THanks in advance!
