Is there any way to consolidate all the calendars on Mac and/or IPad ??
i seem to have calendars for each email account that i have, and i would like to know if i can make them more user friendly by consolidating into one ??

iCal is willing to "overlay" all the calendars you say onto one calendar display, if you ask it nicely.

You can use the iCal preferences > Accounts pane to add additional calendar that are yours, and the Delegation pane inside that to add calendars of others that you have access to.
It will then overlay all the events of all the calendars you have checked onto one display.
