i deleted icloud from my iphone and i lost my contact and photos. how do i get it back?

You can't "delete" iCloud. What EXACTLY did you do?

Did you click on delete when in the icloud settings? just sign back into icloud and it should start syncing all data. Did you have icloud turned on before you deleted it? If you didnt you might have to restore from a back up.

If you delete the iCloud account, on your phone, that's the way it works...the data from iCloud, on your phone, gets deleted as well. However, this does not delete the data at iCloud.com...the data is still there. Just setup the iCloud account again & turn on contacts.
