my playlist in itunes disappeared after i synced my iPhone. I still have them all on my ipad how can i transfer them back to itunes from my iPad?

You should be able to accomplish this by taking a look at the following articles. The first step before you plug in your iPhone is to turn off the automatic syncing. Then after that go to media on your iPhone and then export the playlist of each one then do an import after you are done. The articles below will assist with these processes.
