And iPhoto is not required - use any program you want - iPhoto is what it is and is highly unlikely to be changed just for you - If you do not like it or do not like your mac then use somethign that you do like

I'm not sure of any app that has a one touch tool "to make photos clear". Seems to me that making clear photos is something that happens in the camera 😉 But iPhoot Batch Enhancer will allow you to apply edits to batches of photos.
