Q: Anyone else continuing to have airport express issues with utility 6.3?

I tried the solution steps for mountain lion.  Both the airport express and network settings on my macbook are configured for link local ipv6.

The express has no ipv6 address (not sure if i should see the internally generated one but I would think I would see some sort of address for it).

The airport express (and thus the airplay) continues to be unreachable through the macbook using airport utility 6.3.

This is extremely frustrating. I originally called apple care and was on the phone with them for about an hour. They never even mentioned there was an issue with utility 6.3.  I found that out searching the internet when apple was unable to resolve.

This is my first mac and I honestly dont see the appeal.  This mac experience has been and continues to be an exercise in banging ones head against a wall.

Apple seems to release stuff without care about backwards compatibility and dont really bother toworry about fixing it. I see nothing in any of these support articles that smells remotely of a pending fix.  Either their single solution works for you or it doesnt.  If it does great.  If it doesnt you're on your own.

This is actually more frustrating than than having an ubuntu build with limited driver sets.
