Time Machine may make a backup of your Boot Camp partition, but it's useless because you won't be able to restore it into your Windows partition if it gets damaged, so it's better to use another app.


One app designed to make backups of the Windows partition is WinClone, so I recommend you to first try it > http://twocanoes.com/winclone/
