can i cancel those app and game item had been purchaged mistakelly ?
my iphone was wifi ON and some of my friend had been clicked to purchage linka and it is billing to my credi cards so i do not use either necessary it for me, could you please help me to cancel it?

You cannot cancel... But....
If you mean you purchased it by mistake... you can try and get a refund...
