HT1657 ipad mini-movie rental cannot download

Hi i cannot get my rented movie to download. Pop-up reads " The Break-Up" could not be downloaded at this time. I have been able to download other items since so unsure why this is the case with the rental?? its been a while now since I first attempted this and am afraid i wil run into the 30 day clause where i will not be able to watch any more. can anyone help?

    Hi Fenners505,

     

    I'm sorry to hear you are having issues downloading the "The Break-Up" movie rental to your iPad.

    Please follow the steps below to try the download again. 

     

    If these steps do not resolve your issue, then I've included the link to report it to the iTunes Store as well.

     

    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

     

    If you are still having issues with your movie rental, please follow these steps to report it:

     

    How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase

     

    1. Find the email receipt for your purchase.
    2. Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
    3. When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
    4. Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
    5. From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
    6. Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
    7. Click Submit to have your issue reviewed
