My phone keeps telling me every morning that my iCloud won't backup and there is too much storage but no matter how much I delete and take off it still tells me I need 4.8 GB of additonal space. What do I do.

The backup includes text messages and their attachments. If you have lots of messages with photos and videos, you might try deleting some of those.
