"DELETED USERS" FOLDER NOT FOUND!

I deleted an user a while ago and I just realized that its Home Directory still exists. I've been told to go to my Deleted Users in the Users area of my Macbook, but I can't find it anywhere. I tried Spotlight and Go To Folder through the Go tab in Finder but no luck. I really need to get rid of this account for good as it is taking about 70GB of my storage.
