Hello. I used the "find my iphone" to keep track of my kids. However, when I was checking up on them ... on did not provide a location but a statement saying, "online location services off." What does that mean? What did my son do to get it turned off? How can I get it enable or turned back on? Please advise. Thanks.

On his iPhone, Settings > Privacy > Location Services > On.
