is to better to use a CAT 6 cable or USA cable when connecting to a FIOS router?

    Well, you posted this in an iPad forum, but I'll bet you meant to ask an AirPort question.

     

    Cat6, Cat5e or even Cat5 should be plenty unless your FIOS connection is over 100mbps.

     

    I have no idea what "USA cable" is in this context. If you meant "USB" then no, you cannot connect an AirPort Base Station to a modem/router with USB (as far as I know).
