My 1 year limited warranty is still up. I have restore/Reset/Reboot. Will I be able to replace it if it has like 2 dents in the edges , and some Scratches that isn't very noticeable on the screen?

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $99 for 16 GB one and $149 for the other 5Gs. They do not fix yours.

Thank you. The genius replaced it with a new iPod for free due to it being a hardware problem. He noticed the dents and he said it was fine.
