I'm trying to fix phone for a friend. She forgot the password and locked up the phone. I dont see where this phone has a SIM card. Any ideas on how to unlock it? Verizon iPhone Model No. A1349 EMC

If "locked" here means the passcode is unknown, here's how to deal with that:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode
But if "locked" refers to being locked to Verizon, then you should contact Verizon. As I recall (I may be wrong), the older iPhones that connect to Verizon do not require SIM cards.
