What happens when you try:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
What purchases? Not all are redownloadable.
Are you signed into the account that purchased them?
Mainly old movies I purchased. The old apps I bought downloaded no problem but the movies are not showing up in the purchased folder in which u referenced. Apple has record of my purchases I'm sure
- If the movies are not presently available from iTunes they can't be downloaded.

Well I'm in THE country, US of A so that isn't the issue. I checked I tunes they currently have the exact movies I originally purchased
