My computer only recognizes my ipod touch 4th as a camera gone through troubleshooting but hasn't fixed it.

I bought this ipod touch 4th generation used. Trying to add my own music onto it but the only way I can access the songs I have in itunes is if I am logged into itunes on my pc. Then the list will show up on my ipod. When I plug the ipod into my pc it only shows up as a camera. I have tried the troubleshooting but it has not fixed it.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3

Do you have iTunes 10.7 or later on the computer?

Did you do everything here:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

Including

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

or

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

New cable and different USB port?

Runs this and see if the results help with determine the cause

iTunes for Windows: Device Sync Tests

Try on another computer to help determine if computer or iPod problem

My computer only recognizes my ipod touch 4th as a camera gone through troubleshooting but hasn't fixed it.
