Q: Networking with PowerPC G4, & PC running Windows 7 ?
I'm using 1.33 GHz PowerPC G4, OS10.5.8 & a PC running Windows 7
After the ethernet cables have connected the Network (workgroup)
I share some files (PC side) using the right click I choses properties and click the sharing tab and turn on the "Share this Folder"
I saw (briefely) in the Mac finder window something looking related to windows.
I,m seeing in the Mac's Networking Preferences that I need an address for the PC.
Maybe I'm making it hard.
Is there a way to see these computers & their shared files in the network, wirelessly?
Charter is my Internet Provider but any time I talk apple they put me on hold then connect me with somebody in Pakistan.
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Hello 2bblues,
Here is an article about connecting to Windows File Sharing named Mac OS X: How to connect to Windows File Sharing (SMB) found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1568.
I feel it will help you transfer files between these 2 computers.
Cheers,
Sterling
