I just bought the Fogerty audio CD, Wrote a Song for Everyone. When I load it to iTunes, latest version, the songs are NOT combined into one album but each individual song shows up as a separate album named for the song. Help please.

Generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers. There are a few wrinkles that aren't covered in the support doc.
