I have few questions for people or stuff from USA and I hope someone will help me. I'm a student from Kiev,Ukraine. In a few weeks I will visit Seattle and I want to buy iPad mini 64GB + 4G. I know that tax size in your country depends on a state and the price of same Apple products can be different in diffrent states. Here is my question: How much will iPad mini 64GB + 4G (without any network carrier) costs in Seattle? Could you delever it for free?
