Ive turned my bluetooth on and made it discoverable to my PC,but for some reason it cant connect.I am using a second hand Iphone 4,and everything else is working fine but it will not let the phone reconise the computer

I have recently been given a second hand iphone 4 and am unable to pair it with my computer using bluetooth. the device name keeps coming up and says its discoverable but then it says that its not connected....Ive never had any trouble pairing other phones to my computer,just this one

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

Essentially true, but there is an instance when it can be done in the other direction. If the original poster has Personal Hotspot activated on the iPhone, the computer can pair with the phone for the purpose of network sharing (just that one profile).
