Q: Ive turned my bluetooth on and made it discoverable to my PC,but for some reason it cant connect.I am using a second hand Iphone 4,and everything else is working fine but it will not let the phone reconise the computer

There is nothing you can do with Bluetooth and pairing with your computer.

That is correct.

This has never been a feature of the iphone.

Essentially true, but there is an instance when it can be done in the other direction. If the original poster has Personal Hotspot activated on the iPhone, the computer can pair with the phone for the purpose of network sharing (just that one profile).
