Is it possible to use an iPhone 4S as a scanner even with any powerful len addons?

There are some apps in the app store that allow this. They actually have you take a photo with the camera. Cam Scanner is one I have used a few times and it seems to work rather well.

Any suggestions of good apps? Are they free? Any examples on the the images?
I don't have an example of an image right now, but I did give you the name of one that I have used, Cam Scanner. You would need to take the time to search for it and any others in the iTunes App store, as well as check their price.
