I have tried to change my language to english but it reverts to Dutch every time. Help
Help me change my iPad back to english language. Every time I follow the instructions it just reverts back to Dutch.

If the settings are not staying there, then the next step would be to restore the iPad to factory settings. Then it should give you the option to pick a language and you should be set.
