My iPod won't work after replacement

HI! So I woke up this morning and saw that my iPod was stuck in Apple logo. I waited for 2 hours till the battery dreid out and tried to charge the iPod after. It didn't work. The ipod screen was still black. So I tried to open the ipod and replace a new screen, and it work fine for 30 minutes till the screen turned white for some seconds and black after. After that nothing works. The screen is black but the ipod is a little warm. I don't think i have ripped some ribbons or something either...

1. I tried to charge it, didn't work

2. My power button is broken so i can't press it.

3. My computer won't reconize the ipod. Either do itunes...

what to do??? Im so upset now 😟 i had everything in there. And i don't want to buy a new one.please help me
