DVD/CD ROM Failure after installing iTunes 11 on a Dell computer with Roxio

If you have a Dell computer, and it has Roxio DVD/CD burning software, you can try uninstalling the Roxio software before installing iTunes. This fixed my DVD/CD problem on both a Windows XP computer and a Windows 7 computer.
