When you turn on the computer, does it start properly? Do you hear the startup chime and everything else? If so, there may be a display or GPU problem. First, reset the SMC > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
If you have an external display, connect it to your computer and see if it works. If not, it's a GPU issue. If it works, it's a display issue. In both cases, I recommend you to take it to an Apple Store or reseller
