Q: First frame shown in iTunes U materials

All of a sudden I'm having problems when uploading materials to iTunes U. Normally the small picture next to my material (both in the course manager and on the iPad) is the first frame of the video. Now, the picture is a frame about 10 sec. into the video (please see inserted picture). Can anyone help?
