sync iphone with itunes on pc, songs from iphone purchases not appearing in my library, I then go to File, Devices, and then Transferr purchases from iphone -is in lighter text and wont allow me to. Help?

You may need to authorize iTunes with your Apple ID, just go to Store > Authorize This Computer. If that is good and authorized, then you can also download past purchases by following the link below.
