Q: Can't retrieve voicemail.  Phone takes me to greeting screen, but when I select default or record a  custom greeting, the save it, phone screen continues to show "saving greeting" I cannot get to the screen to check voicemail

I think phone is 4s but might be a 4. Can't retrieve voicemail.  I've had the phone for months and have used voicemail. Now when I select voicemail the phone takes me to a page to set up greeting (custom or default) and when I select either one and then try to save it ( thinking maybe then I can get to my messages) the screen just keeps showing "saving greeting"
