I have a iPod nano 4g I accidentally locked myself out of it so I tried a restore on iTunes and I came up with an Error 1439 After I unplug it from the computer it's stuck on a "Ok to disconnect" screen

Any ideas what i can do? I tried all the restore troubleshooting things on this here and others
