How do I reset my ipod - my son created a password and its locked but he can't remember what he put
iPod touch, locked with a password cant open
You have to restore via recovery mode by following the instructions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 and may need to do that more than once to succeed. If you have a backup of the content, restore that after you have regained access to the iPod.
