what is the best way to conver mov to avi and caf to mp3?

Hello all,

We are developing an ios app the is shootong a short ( up to 30 sec ) videos and recording sound.

We need to conver the mov to avi becouse the .net website is not accepting the mov and caf only avi and mp3.

What is the best solution you can suggest me...?
