My iphone 4s stopped retrieving emails from yahoo.com.tw exchange since Monday. The message show is "Cannot Get Mail"

Yahoo! SMTP Server stopped working 5 days ago since server connection failed on my ihphone 4s. The message shown is "Cannot Get Mail" and "The connection to the server failed". I double checked my password and reboot the phone but did not do any good. Can someone help?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Can you access the mail account from a computer? If yes, delete the account on the phone and set it up again from the scratch.
