My iPhone wont update apps

About three days ago my iPhone 4S stopped updating apps - says it cannot connect to the app Store to search, download or update although I have 3G service and I have gone to different locations. Sometimes the App Store won't even load and will just be blank. It also repeatedly asks me to enter my password. FaceTime won't work and although my games that I have work, my Internet works, fb app works, the fb won't sync with some of the games like it typically does and it asks me to enter my iTunes password? Have tried turning off and on. Not sure what else to do. Battery is dying sup fast, idk if that has anything to do with it. I also noticed that today my email has stopped syncing to my phone and I can't refresh it. Any help besides the link to the following? :
